DLI Lawyers App (“DLI”) - its software, design, text and graphics, and the way it gathers, matches and arranges court information - is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. The name “DLI Lawyers App” and its logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse, or are connected with, anyone or anything.

Court information

Cause lists, rosters, lists of judges, leave lists, video-conference links, orders and other court information shown in DLI are published by the courts. We claim no copyright in them. DLI shows them as the courts publish them, with a link to the court’s own page, and the courts’ own terms apply to that material.

Free for personal use

You may use DLI free of charge for your own day-to-day work - as a lawyer, clerk, litigant or member of the public - including in your own legal practice and for your own chambers’ diary. Linking to DLI’s pages, and sharing a single entry (a judge’s VC link, a roster) with a colleague or client, is welcome.

Not permitted without our written permission

• Commercial use of DLI itself: selling, licensing, renting or reselling access to it, or offering it as part of a paid product or service.
• Copying, scraping or downloading DLI’s pages or data in bulk, by hand or by automated means.
• Republishing DLI’s lists or pages on another website, app, service or database.
• Using DLI’s data to build, feed or train another product, database or machine-learning model.
• Framing DLI, or removing or altering this notice or any credit to a source.
