Delete your DLI Lawyers App account

In the app

• Sign in, open Settings → Profile & account, and choose Delete my account.
• A Diary Admin can instead choose Close the chambers, which deletes the whole chambers and every member’s access.
• If you are your chambers’ only Diary Admin and others remain, first make a colleague a Diary Admin - or close the chambers.

By email

If you can’t sign in, write to dli@bindals.net from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my DLI account”. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, Google account identifier, password hash, role and permissions, and your sessions.
• When a chambers is closed, also: its settings, its court reference lists, “wrong date” reports, its audit log, and its Google Calendar connection (DLI revokes its access at Google).

Deletion takes effect immediately; copies leave our backups within 30 days.

What is not deleted

• Hearings in your Google Calendar - they are your own data in your Google account, and DLI never deletes them.
• When one member leaves, the chambers’ audit log keeps its record of changes they made, shown as made by “a former user”.
• Public court records in our shared court-records cache, which contain no account data.
